A Passport to the Okanagan

Welcome to the Okanagan!

The Okanagan Valley is a small but mighty wine region with incredible diversity. Within its 200 kilometre length from Vernon in the north to Osoyoos in the south, most of the world’s important grape varieties have a good shot at ripening in most vintages. It is as if all of Europe’s wine regions, from Germany to Spain were strung out on the shores above this long necklace of climate moderating lakes. And the WineAlign Exchange is excited to package this diversity into one twelve-bottle Okanagan Passport Case – from sparkling to pinot gris, riesling, pinot noir, cabernet franc, syrah and “big” merlot based, collector’s Bordeaux blends.

The five wineries represented in the case belong to an association called The Okanagan Wine Initiative. They are among the leading smaller to mid-size family owned wineries, focused on estate grown wines that showcase the Okanagan’s emerging sub-regions from Lake Country to East Kelowna, Summerland, Naramata, Skaha Bench and points south. Each winery sent a selection for tasting, and the critics at WineAlign sat down to taste through them all. It was actually not easy to come up with a selection of just twelve, but we think the quality and variety will bring you hours of exploration and enjoyment. Welcome to the Okanagan!

This offer closes on November 30th or when limited quantities run out; whichever comes first.

You too can now experience these by ordering a case of 12 to be delivered to your front door in a mid December. The 12 bottle case costs $515 plus delivery. Delivery fees are estimated at $25 in Ontario (shipping locations & fees).
