John Szabo, MS, in partnership with VQA Wines of Ontario and Rodney’s Oyster House, is proud to present the third annual Great Canadian Oyster and Wine Experience, a wine & food highlight of the year. Delight in the finest oysters Canadian waters east and west have to offer at their zenith of quality, matched with WineAlign National Wine Awards Platinum and Gold winning wines. A pre-dinner walk-around tasting featuring more than a dozen top Ontario producers, with non-stop shucking, live music and merriment, will be followed by a full menu featuring exquisite Fogo Island seafood, paired with more platinum and gold wines.

Hob-knob with Toronto’s top food and wine professionals who will be out in full force; WineAlign principal critic John Szabo will emcee the evening. You’ll also be tasting a trio of Fogo Island crab and VQA wine pairings as pre-selected by a panel of self-declared seafood professionals, and voting on the ultimate pairing, with a chance to win some cool prizes. It will be a night of superlatives, for a limited number of guests.
