A 5-Course Dinner Featuring Top South African Wines – May 29th

Seafood & South African Sunshine

The wine growing regions of South Africa’s Western Cape form the ideal habitat for the production of premium wines.  Long, sun-drenched summers and mild, wet winters contribute to the ideal conditions for viticulture at the Cape.

Wines of South Africa and our WineAlign host and wine critic Michael Godel invite you to join us as we introduce some of the industry’s most respected producers with an intimate 5-course dinner at Lbs. Restaurant (100 Yonge St.) on Tuesday, May 29th. Chef Jonathan Williams and his team will prepare elegant, sustainably-sourced seafood with seasonal ingredients to compliment the exclusive South African wines we are excited to share with you. Principals from each winery will be in attendance to speak to their wines.
