If Dolcetto wasn't looked upon as a simple table wine, this wine would be triple the price. The nose is a mix mash of earth and fruit...very pungent. The palate is seriously structured like a job interview, tight grippy finish.

To me the main flavour is cherry. But it is wonderfully smooth, more so than other Dolcettos that I have tasted. This is well worth trying.
