This 2011 Chard offering from Sebastien Jacquey offers a nose of butter, apple, peach and a slight reductive note. The mouthfeel is viscous and full with a honeyed late palate. Substantial at 14% ABV, but still fresh with vibrant acidity and a long finish. Oak and alcohol are well integrated. June 2015.
