This is a firm, taut, peppery and earthy style of gamay - quite authentic in one sense, but lacks some of the charm...

Beautiful expression of Gamay that bursts with ripe sun kissed fruit. Sweet ripe cherries, wax, earthiness and spice are textured with suave tannins. Highly recommend!

Fairly earthy, with nice acidity, and more complex than any other Ontario Gamay I've tasted. Actually went pretty well with chicken tacos with Mexican Rice and black beans.
