Rather quiet at first, but opens up to some perfumed, sour cherry and leafy notes. Quite old world in style for a...

An earthy, spicy and juicy nose with lots of savoury elements to match the fresh raspberry. The palate is juicy,...

A lot of complexity here for such an inexpensive wine. The nose shows black cherry fruit with a baked lemon tone with...

The bottle is cartoony, but not the wine, which is rather surprising - like its blend of barbera, sangiovese,...

Goatfather is Fairview’s tongue in cheek hommage to Italian varietals. It remains however an essentially South...

Smokey-oaky. Smoaky! nose, with charred lemon and with a promise of the fruit forward palate, which ends with dusty tannins and more charred citrus. Very good for a pig roast (well, that was my experience.)
