Made in the US Virgin Islands, this rum is spiced with vanilla bean, allspice, ginger, clove, cinnamon, juniper berry, mace, pepper and nutmeg. The nose jumps out pie spices and vanilla. Bold vanilla and allspice flavours come through on the palate with a bit of a ginger and pepper bite. Mellow on the mid palate but not too sweet, add it to your cappuccino for a special kick.
