Made from the Xinomavro variety, this shows solid and quite complex fruit right through the palate. Look for a good fruit-acid balance, a tangy texture, and easy-going tannins. It’s a natural for grilled red meats and, although it’s showing well for a wine more than six years old, drink it during the next year or two.
