It's only wine but I like it

An intense, unusual Sauvignon. Ripe, with tropical fruits intermingled with lime and grapefruit and an marked spicy note (like apple spice). Fine complexity and long finishing, with crisp acidity. Certainly unlike any Sauvignon I have ever had. Fine wine indeed. Tasting Dec 2017.
