Sauternes

Sauternes is a French dessert wine from the Sauternais, part of the Graves region of Bordeaux. Sauternes is made from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle grapes that have been affected by Botrytis cinerea, also known as noble rot.
