Touriga Nacional 60%, Merlot 40 %.
Serve at 16°C. Shines with dishes combining meats and fruit.
Quinta da Romeira exists since 1703 and has received important guests like the Duke of Wellington and also Marquês de Pombal and his family, famous for his support of Wine Exports. Quinta da Romeira has 130 ha located in the heart of one of the oldest export wine regions, Lisbon. In addition to the area dedicated to vineyards, 50 ha of the Quinta da Romeira are dedicated to forests, apart from the 18th Century Manor house and its gardens.

'12 Principium 60/40 Merlot & Touriga. Lots of black fruit, stewed plum & smoke, leather on the nose and palate. Medium acidity, tannins and finish. Well balanced. 13.5% alcohol goes by almost unnoticed.
