Juicy, well-structured and balanced Okanagan cab. Intense bouquet of dark cherry, prune, cassis, cocoa, eucalyptus, vanilla, cedar, and baking spices. On the palate, the fruit is ripe and fresh, and a bit of bell pepper comes through. Quite full-bodied. Lots of tannins and acidity, but they are quite well integrated, even at just two years. Decant for an hour or two, or age 5 or ten years, maybe more.
