This is really exceptional sake, and easily one of the best I have tasted. Junmai sake are the "purest" sake as they can only use rice (and not other grains or brewers alcohols) in their production.
On top of that, this one is a Tokubetsu sake - unfiltered - wine. The result is a cloudy drink, but the sediment left in the wine gives it a very soft mouth feel. This softness is coupled with lovely floral and citrus aromas and a fantastically smooth finish. This bottle simply impressed everyone who tried it.
