Dark tawny, with some red color remaining. Aromas of raisin, prune, blackberry jam, molasses, chocolate, and baking spice. These follow through on the palate, and are joined by resinous cedar notes. Full and rich mouthfeel. Quite sweet, but nicely balanced with medium acidity and substantial tannins. Finishes long with raisin, dark chocolate, and cedar.
