wow
Generous profile of buttered croissant, toasted almond, kernel, bosc pear and a touch honeyed. Harmonious and well balanced. Delicate long lasting mousse that gives a rounded creaminess on the palate. Freshly baked baguette finish and long-lived length. Classy, complex, and great value. Mar 2010.
Hard to choose between this and the Bollinger Special Cuvee but this is $10 less. Both excellent.
Such lively bubbles! The minute you take a sip, it's like a festive party is getting underway. Delicate mousse with great acidity and long finish. Those people who don't like a yeasty Champagne will like this one as it's not too heavy on the toasty notes.
