The 2008 Palacios Vi De La Vila' Gratallops is a medium to full bodied, integrated to aged wine, with intense aromas of black currant, blackberry, pine, leather and vanilla. It is well balanced, has refined tannins, nice minerality and a long and silky finish. Drink now or cellar for 10+ years. My impression: BEAUTIFUL, 93 pts.

Tasted during 'The Wines of Alvaro Palacios' tasting organized by WineAlign on March 19th, 2012.
