Decanted for one hour. Does not have much on the nose but makes up for that shortcoming with a pleasing blend of flavours, lush full body and a long and agreeable finish.

meaty for sure as you would expect from a syrah, integrated fruit, very long lasting on palate for these $$, overall excellent, tasted it 2 years ago and it has improved immeasurably since then and looking for further improvement in another year as it should be outstanding!!

cool smoky cherry, blueberry- vanilla complemented with potpourri herb and spices, & black pepper. faint bluberry and bitter cherry pit on the palate. this one needs more bottle age 5-6 years at least. not complex now but has the ability to be maybe...truthfully I'm just not digg'n this wine...too bitter, hot and thin with a short finish
