There's a lot going on in the glass, that's for sure, but this, and most '09 red Burgundies are not ready to drink just yet. This example, from a very reliable producer is slightly disjointed in terms of tannin structure and acidity and needs to lay down until at least 2013 to sort itself out. Lots of potential here, just give it some time...
