Winemaker Deborah Paskus has worked with fruit from the Kocsis vineyard on Mountain Road on the Beamsville Bench for more than a decade. It was the source material for some of the earliest Temkin Paskus wines. The relationship continued on even after Paskus relocated to Prince Edward County. At Closson Chase Vineyards, the talented viticulturalist produces full-steam-ahead wines with fruit from both Niagara and the County. There's expressive buttered popcorn and lime zest aromas on the nose, while the palate delivers Paskus' characteristic rich, ripe and bold flavour profile.
