Pale lemon yellow, it has a tinge of amber which reflects the same colour found in the grape skin of this Pinot Noir sibling grape (aka Pinot Grigio). A medley of fruit aromas greets the nose, with Abate pears, golden delicious apples, green gage plums and sweet vanilla oak notes. Fresh acidity and mineral undertones are complemented with an enticing trace of acacia honey on the finish.
