Deep dark ink, Tannat is a hearty grape and here we find a soft edge in a full medium weight wine. Chocolate and cedar on the nose. Wet stone, you find the mineral blends well with a full plum, black currant palate. Great example of a rare import from Urugay. Cellar 3 to 5 years
Firm aged cheese, steak and mushrooms
