The Bastor-Lamontagne has a light silvery/gold colour. The nose is light and fragrant with apple-blossom, pear, honeycomb and a touch of lemon curd. Good definition although lacking a little intensity. The palate is medium-bodied, viscous on the entry, good acidity and tension with lemon curd, honey and a touch of dried pineapple towards the lemongrass tinged finish.
