Difficult to rate this one. Tried it at the winery, again in Paris in Oct 09. Both times the wine was closed and intensely acidic. If older examples tried at the cave are any indication, this wine will acquire some richness and some of the searing acidity should also settle down. This wine requires aging for at least a year of aging before it can be judged.
