Very discreet wood sets off a more elegant and attractively layered nose that offers up notes of both red and black pinot fruit as well as anise, clove, underbrush and warm earth that slides into rich, round and velvety flavors that possess real depth as it's immediately clear that there is another dimension present on the beautifully persistent finish.
