Opaque violet. Suave red and dark berry aromas are carrying a good overlay of vanillin oak, but not at the expense of fruit. Emphatically modern in style, with sweet blackberry and blueberry flavors bordering on jammy. Light tannins build on the long, spicy finish, which is impressively clingy and sweet.
