The 2003 Tuderi ... reveals an exotic, almost Pinot Noir-like nose, with delicate notes of mint, licorice, cherries and roasted coffee beans that waft out of the glass. Although it is a delicate, medium-bodied wine, the Tuderi is packed with flavor. The presence of early tertiary aromas suggests this won't be an especially long-lived wine, but it offers terrific drinking now. Tuderi is made from 40-60 year-old vines and is aged exclusively in cement. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2018. Score - 91. (Antonio Galloni, erobertparker.com, February 2008)
