A rich white, just off-dry, with exotic notes of jasmine, cardamom and lychee, as well as layers of ripe yellow peach, cantaloupe and orange granita. This is lightly honeyed, but retains a sense of freshness thanks to racy, mouthwatering acidity and undercurrents of saline and mineral, which provide an intriguing counterpoint to the ripe fruit flavors.
