This blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre, and 10% Shiraz has a medium-high intensity nose that is earthy, gamey, and meaty with dark cherry and red berry notes. It's full-bodied on the palate with rounded, textured tannins and pleasing blackberry and spice flavours. Acids are very good while the long finish is earthy and savoury. Drink over the next 7-8 years. Tasted Jan/2020.
