Chianti Classico

Chianti Classico is a red wine made with 80%-100% sangiovese with up to 20% of other grapes which include native grapes such as Canaiolo and Colorino, as well as other international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is named after the region of the same name in Tuscany, Italy. Chianti Classico is located at the heart of the greater Chianti region and is thought to be the highest quality of Chianti.
