Based in Newfoundland & Labrador, Jeremy is a sommelier and hospitality consultant dedicated to championing Canadian food and wine. His expertise was honed at his award-winning restaurants: Raymonds, The Merchant Tavern, and Portage.
Currently, Jeremy consults for leading hospitality groups and has developed a provincial digital training program for restaurant servers and management. A recognized voice for the East Coast, he has served on panels for I4C, Wine Country Ontario, Terroir, and the Atlantic Wine Symposium. He is also the co-creator of “The Grape Juice Club,” an initiative that introduces new enthusiasts to the world of wine while supporting local restaurants across the province.
