Since her 2003 career shift from management consulting into wine, Elsa has taken on progressively more senior roles in wine sales, marketing and education. An accomplished Master of Wine, Elsa is the Head of WSET Diploma for George Brown Polytechnic, a wine educator, business consultant and international wine judge. To support the development of local wine and local wine hospitality talent, Elsa serves on the Board for the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration and the Ontario board for the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
