Drought year - exceptional. Yet it tastes lighter than most in this context (of Oregon Pinot Noirs). Fresh and refreshing in fact! Drink 2010-13. Score - 17 (out of 20). (Jancis Robinson, MW, www.jancisrobinson.com, Aug. 18, 2009)

Notes of red cherries, with noted smoke-vanilla from the French oak. Quite silky on the palate but seems overall to be a bit shy of fruit. A good pinot but I expected more. A bit overpriced @ $25. Drink now.
