Intense and concentrated aromas that seemed to change with each sniff - butterscotch, creme brulee, mandarine orange, baked pineapple, nectarine, and white peach. The heavy oak still needs some time to integrate. The concentrated flavours, amazing texture, complexity, and incredibly long finish make this one of the best Chardonnays I've ever tasted. I can't wait to try it again in a few more years when it has had time to integrate and mature.
