Once again in 2015, I only have good words for the Caliterra Sauvignon. Dry, refreshing, with good flavors of citrus...

Love this wine. Exudes slightly sweet asparagus and jalapeno rather than concentrated asparagus notes sometimes prevalent in SB from Chile. Good amount of citrus, a mix of juice and rind that makes for a great balance of fruit backed with a small dose of mineral/salinity. It comes together well, balance between fruits and vegetables blends nicely with acidity/bitterness/fruit.
