3/2010:84 (Enjoyable) Last tasted in December 2009 with a rating of 90. Much has changed in the short time with most of the fruit fading. This has a thin film with a few slow tears and delicate aromas of honey, apple and floral. The first sip has a strong tang, medium-bodied and a dry, lemon and straw finish. A polished chardonnay with flavours of grapefruit pith and a tinge of chalk. A dry sipper. Have with roast pork or white fish entrées.
