Medium yellow colour. This 7-year-old wine is still incredibly youthful. The peach, ripe apple, mineral and yellow plum aromas and flavours are well-supported by a vibrant acidity. Medium in sweetness to start, the fresh tones make it seem dry. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish. Try it with shrimp or linguine with pesto sauce. (VINTAGES panel, June 2009)
