Made exclusively with Garnacha (aka Grenache), this wine features aromas of sour cherry, plum, raspberry, spice and oak. Dry and very concentrated with fine tannins bringing outstanding balance. A very tasty wine with a long and lively finish. Cellar it up to 4 years, but it is drinking brilliantly right now with grilled lamb chops or wild game. (VINTAGES panel, July 2012)
