Discontinued at LCBO This Chardonnay offers a pleasant Sur-Lie bouquet, light but complex with a mosaic of groves, vanilla, toffee, butter and ripe melons. This unoaked version is refreshing and light on the palate, with good complexity. It will stand up to heavier cream sauces and pasta dishes quite well, along with chicken, prawns, seared scallops, provolone, gruyere, goat cheese and parmesan.
