The 2008 Cenit, from a cool but excellent vintage, offers up a splendid bouquet of exotic spices, lavender, incense, mocha, and blackberry. For a large-scaled wine, it is remarkably light on its feet and elegant. Intense, concentrated, and exceptionally lengthy, it will easily see its 20th birthday in fine form. Score - 94.
