Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut Champagne 2004, Ac

Quite intensely toasty and biscuity, displaying immediate class, though In my view it's still not fully ready to enjoy.... John Szabo, MS - LCBO, SAQ, BCLDB

Purchased for New Year's Eve - but luckily we didn't open it then. This is such a fine Champagne; I welcome the extra time I can give it this evening. I'm liking Anthony's words: "Continuous fine mousse with lemon, toasty, light cashew, baked green apple..." Yum!
