A lovely rich and textured old world style of riesling. Great complexity and real opulence. Quite a treat at this price!

Basic Mosel , with soft, ripe apple and some light lees notes. Full and sweet, with a long sweet apple finish.

For Selbach's entry level it is not overly sweet, has a nice level of acidity.
$16.95 in B.C.

I really like the old intimidating German Gothic labels, sad to see that Johannes went with this New World fish label back in 2002.

The bottle opening is almost too wide in diameter for my VacuVin to seal, and as this Riesling is only 10.5% alc. I will have to finish it all tonight.
