On the nose, ripe and candied chocolate and cherry oak. In the mouth it is very true, it's blackberry jam and plums. The tannins are present but silky. Dry wine, long finish. Free Description: Shiraz simply trippy, cool, easy to approach, satisfactory. We often talk about differentiating fresh fruit candied fruit in a wine tasting. Here is simple, if you have tasted the blackberry jam, you can easily find it when you taste tasting Liberty School Syrah 2011
