Rich and fruity, delicious chocolate accents; very well fed and flourished. Tasty! - Tasted: May 2014

Medium garnet colour with pink highlights. Wonderful nose of poached plum and dried fig, with some sweet spice, chocolate tones, and a whiff of walnut. The palate is rounded and balanced - a touch of heat. The finish pleasing, with more walnut coming through. Long-lived length. Mar 2011.
