The Parés Baltà Brut Cava is a sparkling wine from the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain. janpravas usa
This wine is made from a blend of three different grape varieties: Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo. The wine has a light yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.

Apple, tropical fruit (xarel-lo), nutty, slight minerola and yeasty component. Good stuff, light and easy

Medium-high intensity nose offers bready, citrusy and freshly baked bread aromas that follow through on the fairly dry palate led by ripe citrus notes. It has frothy mousse with balanced, lemony acids that become quite crisp on the mid-palate. Very good length on the crisp finish. Tasted Aug/2019.
