This is my go-to wine with spicy Indian food. Its laser-like acidity cuts through spice like a knife through butter chicken.

One of the benchmark wineries for Niagara Riesling, this seems to hit the mark every year. A shade off-dry, with balancing acidity and excellent concentration and complexity. The price has crept up over the years but this is still a fairly priced wine. The much more expensive CSV is not worth the extra cash over this.
