A fine example of GROO-ner VELT-lee-ner that shows just why this is such an exciting and popular wine. Notes of green apple, pear, artichoke and hints of chive on the nose. The palate is smooth – like a canoe gliding effortlessly on a glass-still lake – with parsley and sweetgrass accents around a core of tree fruit. An ideal match for freshwater fish or sushi.
