1685 refers to the year of the original title deeds for the estate lands. It was also the year that Handel and J.S. Bach were born – surely no mere coincidence. This very crowd-pleasing Shiraz presents an intense nose of dense red and black fruit. Balanced and fruity with a composed (see what we did there) and long finish. Perfect for barbecued meats.
