Very satisfying nose with ample offerings of fresh apple, mineral, pear and apricot. The palate is a lip-smacking delight with a healthy sloshing of lime. This will be amazing with turkey breast, shellfish, lemongrass chicken, or a summer salad with chopped fresh fruit. Oh Betty, blend-Ba-lam indeed! (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
