This blend of 90% Garganega and 10% Chardonnay offers insight into what can be accomplished through the application of the appassimento method to white grapes. Rich aromas of citrus, apple, pear, honey, spice and sandalwood. The palate is ripe and round with plenty of impressive fruit concentration.
